UPSTREAM

Chevron Platong Gas 2—Gulf of Thailand
Provided 28,500MT of steel plate, sections, SAW and seamless tubulars as a single source steel vendor, coordinating delivery through stock holding in Singapore, and vendors in Europe and North Asia to the fabrication site in Indonesia.

Ras Gas Barzan Project — Qatar
Provided 9,200MT of API2W plates for the fabrication in the UAE of offshore jackets, including the coordination of approval of a new vendor resource for the client.

Foster Creek & Christina Lake – Alberta, Canada
Provided 30” CSA gr. 448 pipe for Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) systems serving some of the largest heavy oil extractions in the Canadian oil sands region.

Statoil Hydro Peregrino Production Platform – Campos Basin, Brasil
Provided 1/2"-18"Ball, Check, and Butterfly Valves ANSI 150-1500 Nace and Full Stainless from premium manufacturers including W-K-M, Grove, Wheatley, and Demco, along with 6,600MT of structural beams and plate for jacket legs, deck and piles, and modules, coordinating delivery through vendors in Europe and North Asia to the fabrication site on the Gulf of Mexico.

Agip KCO Kashagan Field — Kazakhstan
Providing 7,200MT structural steel and alloy piping products to a range of contractors for this long-term development including offshore grade plate and sections for fabrication of pipe racks along with tubulars and piping for hook up steel.

MIDSTREAM

Mid Continent Express Pipeline – OK, TX, LA
Provided 17,000 tons of 30” 36” and 42” X grade pipe against a critical four-month delivery timeline for this natural gas pipeline, and coordinated approval of quality material production through a new vendor resource for the customer.

Fort Stockton Pipeline Expansion - Southwest Texas
Provided more than 15,300 tons of large diameter X-70 ERW pipe for this 42-mile expansion project.

PDVSA’s Morichal, Maracaibo, Anaco and Las Salinas Pipelines – Zulia, Venezuela
Provided carbon steel pipe grades B X42-X65 in a variety of sizes for the Venezuelan pipeline infrastructure.

DOWNSTREAM

Motiva Crude Expansion Project – Port Arthur, TX
Provided 8,500 tons of chrome-moly pipe and flanges consisting of thousands of different SKUs to eight different shipment locations worldwide.

Consorcio Planta Fraccionamiento Industrial– Callao, Peru                                                           
Provided carbon steel pipe and fittings in various sizes for this facility to separate NGLs from the natural gas stream for further processing.

Woodside Pluto LNG Development Project – Karratha West Australia
Provided 6,300MT of structural beams for modules at the plant. Material was supplied from Europe, Japan and Australia, coordinating delivery to the fabricator in Thailand.

POWER

Heat Recovery Steam Generation (HRSG) – North America
Provided premium chrome moly materials including pipe and components for HRSGs including: West County, Caithness, Soda 2, Gateway, Osaka, Otay Mesa, Immingham, Lagoon Creek, Deer Creek, Newman, Sugress, Zachary, SPT 1, Bandirma, Colusa, Haverhill, Alinta, Martin, and Jack County.

J. Lamar Stall Power Plant – Shreveport, LA
Provided ASTM A335 Grade P91, 12"-24" pipe for this combined cycle gas unit for Southwestern Electric Power Company, negotiating air freight from Europe to US to meet the required delivery schedule.

INDUSTRIAL

Network Rail - West Coast Main Line Upgrade – UK Provided more than 1,000MT of SAW tublars for foundation piles, coordinating tight deliveries around emergency track closures. 

FPSO Conversion – Roncador Field, Brazil         
Provided all structural steel items in the conversion of a 255,000 DWT oil tanker into an FPSO through various fabrication sites to integration in Singapore.

Shuwaiba Power & Desalination Project – Kuwait
Provided 220MT of Duplex plate material for the evaporator system of the desalination plant, coordinating specification modifications through the vendor and client.
